Deposit and Payment With rare exception, only a $50.00 deposit is required at the time that reservations are made. (Make reservations as early as possible as space is limited.) The balance is due 30 days prior to departure. Payment in full is required when registering within the 30-day time frame.

WHAT THE TOUR INCLUDES

• Transportation on deluxe ARROW motor coach with frequent rest stops.

• Selected quality hotel/motel accommodations for each night of the escorted tour.

• Baggage handling in and out of lodgings for one bag

• Included meals are prearranged with no waiting in line. Only those meals underlined in the brochure are included in price.

• Sightseeing and admissions as listed in the itinerary.

• Reserved seating for shows included in the tour with drop off at the door.

WHAT THE TOUR DOES NOT INCLUDE:

• Meals not listed in the brochure,

• Wines, liquors, telephone calls, other items of a personal nature,

• Tips to driver and tour host,

• Fuel surcharges or any expense item not specifically mentioned under "What the-Tour Includes".

INSURANCE:
Fontenelle Tour's offers an optional Traveler Group Protection Plan which includes the following:
$10,000 Accident and Sickness Medical Expense
$100,000 Emergency Medical Transportation
$1,000 Trip Interruption (Return Air Only)
Optional Trip Cancellation Insurance available

For those trips done in partnership with Collette Vacations there is also an optional cancellation waiver and insurance available.

CANCELLATIONS:
Full refunds will be made for any trip that is cancelled when Fontenelle Tours is able to fill the seat from a waiting list or a last minute registration. For day-trips, persons canceling fewer than five days prior to departure will be charged out-of-pocket expenses and any cancellation charges levied by carriers, hotels, or other contractors. Tours and trips of 2 days or longer in duration that are cancelled after the "Final Payment Due" date will be refunded only that portion of the cost that can be recovered from our suppliers. Any trip cancelled by Fontenelle Tours because of too few participants will be fully refunded.

RESPONSIBILITY:
Busco Inc (dba Arrow Stage Lines) & Fontenelle Tours act solely in the capacity of an agent on behalf of its patrons in arranging for transportation, lodging, sight-seeing and other services and are not responsible for damage, loss, delay, injury or accident due to any act or default on the part of any company or person engaged in providing transportation, lodging, or other services which are a part of the tour.

Rates quoted are based on tariffs and prices current at the time of printing and are subject to changes therein, at, or before time of final payment. Company expressly reserves the right to withdraw any tour or make any change in the tour with or without notice that may become necessary, including substitutions of accommodations or transportation

No carrier with whom transportation shall be arranged in connection with this tour shall have or incur any responsibility to any person taking the tour except its liability as a common carrier.

COLLEGE OF ST. MARY (1901 S. 72nd) - Pick-up / drop-off or parking a car occurs near bus boarding area- BEHIND THE Science Center along the east fence

If you must you may park your car in the east parking lot of the COLLEGE OF ST. MARY--72nd & Mercy Road. However, you must fill out a form to register your name, color and make of car, license number, date you will return. We will have these forms at the bus behind the College as you board the bus. THE COLLEGE CANNOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE SAFETY OF YOUR CAR, BUT THEY HAVE BEEN KIND ENOUGH TO PERMIT PARKING THERE.

THE CENTER (42nd & CENTER--UPPER LEVEL ON EAST) - Pick-up is under the canopy at Main Entrance to Mall. Cars may be parked at this location along south wall on one day tours only!!!

NOTE on Parking: Due to the risks associated with leaving cars unattended on multiple-day trips, we urge you to consider one of these options:

• Have someone drop you off at a pick-up point.

• Take a taxi to a pick-up point.

• Drive to the pick-up point, but arrange to have someone get your car later in the day and take it to your home or theirs until the day of your return.
